Error: “Size of sign must be less than 15 kb. Width of sign must be between 250 pixel and 320 pixel. Height of sign must be between 150 pixel and 220 pixel. (हस्ताक्षर का आकार 15 kb से कम होना चाहिए)”
Three rules at once: file under 15 KB, width 250–320 px, height 150–220 px. A 280×180 px JPG of a signature on white paper stays well under 15 KB. (हस्ताक्षर: 280×180 px, 15 KB से कम।)
Fix it in 3 steps
- Upload your signature in the tool above (photo, scan or screenshot — JPG, PNG or HEIC).
- Adjust the crop. The tool saves exactly 280×180 px within 5–14 KB — kept under 15 KB.
- Download and upload it to the form again. If your notification gives different numbers, change the size and KB in the tool.

How do I fix it?
Use the tool on this page: it is preset to 280×180 px, 5–14 KB, JPG, which passes this check. Upload your file, adjust the crop and download.
Why does the form still reject my file?
Re-check the exact numbers in your notification (width × height and KB). Portals also reject PNG/HEIC files renamed to .jpg — this tool always saves a real JPG. More upload errors explained.
